Manufacturing drawer slides since 1985, Tai Cheer has four ISO 9001:2000-certified factories with 100 automated lines and 30 semi-automatic lines that boast 80 pressing machines. For quality assurance, we use CNC equipment imported mostly from Japan, and we've assigned 10 percent of our staff to QC. Relying on this advanced equipment and expertise, we're able to produce over 2 million precision-made, bearing-type drawer slides monthly.

Load limitations mean use limitations. Smoothly bearing up to 250kg, our most recently released heavy-duty, full-extension slides are designed for large pantry pull-outs, wide file drawers, and vehicular storage drawers. In fact, we build slides to fit any storage environment including office, industrial and residential furniture; kitchen and medical equipment; tool boxes, cash drawers and more. Available ready-to-ship in 10- to 60-inch versions, we also build our slides to your specifications.
